This is especially crucial when one of the signers is out of state and there is a time crunch. I think with the pandemic, the rules changed a bit with the notarization of the documents. This needed to be done before the actual settlement date which was a bit confusing. This needed to be communicated better. Pat was always up front and clear about what needed to be done and helped me greatly with explanations of settlements issues. The whole renovation process of the condo went so smoothly because of her connection with the contractor. The renovation was key to the sale where several buyers were interested at once. I was very impressed that she used the escalation clause with the buyer when several bids were taking place. Pat was always professional, knowledgeable, wise, and congenial. A pleasure to work with.
